Copyright Policy

Counter-Notification Procedure — For Accused Infringers

If material you posted was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing the following:

• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

Public Flash Hub maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion.
